KOL was born from Chef Patron Santiago Lastra's desire to showcase the true authenticity of Mexican food. This being the culture, soul & people behind the cuisine. The main floor is a 56-seater dining room with an open kitchen, and in the basement is their mezcal bar called Mezcaleria which serves artisan mezcals, rare agave spirits & cocktails.
