Born and bred in Australia, Chelsea has always dreamt of bringing the tasty "Aussie style" brunch culture to London through simple quality food, speciality coffee and a warm welcome. In 2017, Chelsea opened her first District branch in Parsons Green & has since expanded to multiple locations around London.
