Yoko began Makes Miso Hungry during lockdown 2020 after being asked for recipes & help in sourcing Japanese ingredients. What began as a way to help out friends and family quickly turned into Yoko creating recipe boxes, inspired by the teachings of Japanese cooking from her mama & obachan (grandma). The meal kit boes contain easy-to-follow recipe cards & all the ingredients you need.
