Brought to you by Niko Kontogiannatos, former head chef at Caravan Fitzrovia, is Joan, a Mediterranean restaurant in Shoreditch. Chef Niko will be mixing inspiration from Greece, where he's from, and his time at Caravan to create some beautiful, unique dishes such as salmon tartare with avocado sorbet & squid ink tuile.
